At South Texas Embroidery Co. we take pride in delivering high-quality custom apparel and print products in a timely and reliable manner. Please review our shipping policy below for important details about order processing and delivery.


📦 Order Processing Time

  • Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.

  • Custom and bulk orders (custom apparel, DTF transfers, embroidery, laser engraving) may require additional production time.

  • Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

If your order requires extended production time, we will notify you by email.


🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options at checkout, including standard and expedited services.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)

Delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.


🇺🇸 Domestic Shipping

  • We currently ship within the United States.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.


🌎 International Shipping

  • International shipping is not currently available unless arranged in advance.

  • Customers seeking international orders should contact us before placing an order.


📬 Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.


Shipping Delays & Lost Packages

  • Heat Print Design is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped.

  • If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

  • If you need assistance, we’re happy to help initiate a carrier inquiry.


🏠 Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.


📦 Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Include photos of the damaged item and packaging.

  3. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
