Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.

Custom and bulk orders (custom apparel, DTF transfers, embroidery, laser engraving) may require additional production time.

Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
If your order requires extended production time, we will notify you by email.
🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer several shipping options at checkout, including standard and expedited services.

Heat Print Design is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped.

🏠 Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.
📦 Damaged Packages
