Return Policy – South Texas Embroidery Co.

Thank you for shopping with South Texas Embroidery Co. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, you may be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange under the terms below.


1. What Items Are Eligible for Return

We accept returns for:

  • Unused, unwashed, and undamaged products

  • Items in their original condition with tags still attached

  • Incorrect product sent due to our error

Ineligible items for a return, include:

  • Custom or personalized items (unless the error was ours)

  • Final sale items are indicated at checkout or on product pages

Note: Custom-printed, embroidered, or laser-engraved products are not returnable unless there was a mistake on our part or a manufacturing defect.


2. Return Timeframe

All return requests must be made within 7 days of the delivery date. After 7 days, we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange. Gorgias


🔁 3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Contact us at info@southtexasembroidery.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide instructions.

  3. Pack the item securely and include the original packing slip.


💰 4. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds: If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return.

  • Exchanges: If you’re exchanging an item (e.g., different size), we’ll ship the replacement once the original item is received and inspected.

  • Store Credit: May be offered at our discretion in place of a refund.


🚚 5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method — Heat Print Design is not responsible for lost return packages.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us immediately at info@southtexasembroidery.com

  2. Include photos of the item and packaging.

  3. We will pay return shipping and either replace the item or issue a full refund.

  • All returns must be shipped within the return window.

  • We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not meet the above criteria.
